Twamp

One of the few swamp regions that may be called civilized and the largest among them. The city has no leadership and no lawbook of its own. Guarding its borders consumes the time of far too many people, and so progress crawls forward at a painfully slow pace. As for drawing outsiders in, few methods have proven successful beyond threats. The people who dwell here maintain a stressful, but necessary relationship with the inhabitants of their twin city.
