Some whisper that, in a war long past, a missed elemental strike of colossal force carved this abyss into the ground. A wound what a thousand meter deep and stretching for miles across the continent. People know only one man who was seen entering this place and walked out alive, again and again. The creatures that dwell within the deep are feared by the people of the twin cities above, because of an incident buried deep in the past. No one truly knows what the depths conceal.
