Among the native races, they are regarded as the closest kin to sentient beings. Within the known world, they are found only in the region of False Heaven, where they first came into being. They possess no language of their own, yet they can replicate the voice of any living creature. Their bodies are uncovered by skin, granting their senses a far more direct bond with the impulses born from nature itself. Biologically, they lack every trait that human eyes would deem wicked or unvirtuous: lust for power, hatred, envy, and all their kin. Even the concept of fear is unknown to their kind. Their culture became infamous for the Faith-Fear System.
