"After seeing their ritual, you won't ever close your eyes again"

A cult-like group dwelling in the desert, who bring about changes in their victims’ behavior through the physical manipulation of the brain. Through these methods, they alter the way the mind functions, making it appear to outside observers as though the individual has been cursed, or has fallen victim to some form of damning magic. No one has yet located their place of gathering, though there is no doubt that the sands of the desert are their home. They can be recognized by their pupil-less, bone-white eyes, and by the red and black striped face paint that runs downward from their foreheads.
